Getting Started
Talva is an AI specialist platform. You hire AI specialists — a content marketer, customer support rep, bookkeeper, lead gen specialist, and more — and they deliver real work to your email inbox on a recurring schedule. Your dashboard is where you manage your team — adjust frequency, upload context, pause a specialist — but your work arrives by email, so you won't need to check it every morning.
With ChatGPT, you sit down, write a prompt, wait for an answer, and then figure out what to do with it. With Talva, you hire a specialist once, give them context about your business, and they deliver work on a schedule — without you lifting a finger. Think of it as the difference between a search engine and an employee.

No. If you can read email and answer a few questions about your business, you can use Talva. The onboarding is a short conversation — not a setup wizard.
How It Works
Via email. Your specialist sends you a formatted email with their work — a blog post draft, a prospect list, a support ticket summary, a financial snapshot, whatever their job is. You read it in your inbox like any other email.
Yes — just reply to their delivery email. Tell them what you liked, what to change, or what to do differently next time. They learn from your feedback and adapt over time.
All specialists monitor continuously in the background — checking in every hour during business hours. They only send you an email when there's something worth reporting: a standing task is due, you sent them something, or they found something notable. You choose a preferred delivery time for scheduled work like daily or weekly reports. Your plan (Starter, Growth, or Pro) determines how many deliveries per month you get.
Yes. Every specialist has a "run now" option in the dashboard. Manual runs are always free during the beta.
Reply with feedback — your specialist will adjust. If a specialist consistently doesn't meet your needs after feedback, contact support@talva.io and we'll help troubleshoot or find a better fit.
Data & Privacy
Yes. Your data is encrypted in transit and at rest. We do not sell your data or use it to train general AI models. Your specialist's learning is isolated to your account — your data never improves another user's specialist.
Yes. Email privacy@talva.io to request a full export of your specialist data, deliveries, and feedback history.
Talva uses Anthropic's AI models for specialist processing, Stripe for payments, and Resend for email delivery. See our Privacy Policy for full details.
Troubleshooting
Check your spam/junk folder first. Deliveries come from [specialist-name]@talva.io. Add this to your contacts to prevent filtering. If you still don't see it, email support@talva.io.
This usually means they need more context. Reply to their delivery with specific feedback about what's off. You can also upload training materials through the specialist settings in your dashboard.
Yes. You can pause any specialist from your dashboard. Paused specialists stop delivering and billing resumes when you unpause.
